വകുപ്പിലെ പരിശീലന വിഭാഗം, ശാസ്ത്ര-സാങ്കേതിക-ആശയവിനിമയ മേഖലകളിലെ മുന്നേറ്റങ്ങൾക്കും സമകാലിക ജീവിത സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾക്കും അനുസൃതമായി, പട്ടിക വർഗ്ഗ/ജാതി ജനസമൂഹങ്ങളുടെ സാംസ്ക്കാരിക സ്വത്വവും സുസ്ഥിര ജീവനോപാധികളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പാരമ്പര്യ അറിവുകളും നിലനിർത്തിക്കൊണ്ട് സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ പട്ടിക ജനവിഭാഗങ്ങളുടെ സമഗ്ര വികസനത്തിനും ഉന്നമത്തിനുമായി വിവിധ പരിശീലന പരിപാടികൾ, ശില്പശാലകൾ, സെമിനാറുകൾ, സമ്മേളനങ്ങൾ, ഉത്സവങ്ങൾ തുടങ്ങിയ പരിപാടികൾ നടത്തുന്നു. ഗോത്ര വർഗ്ഗക്കാരുടെ പരമ്പരാഗത ഉപജീവന സ്രോതസ്സുകൾ മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള പരിശീലന പരിപാടികൾ, പട്ടിക വർഗ്ഗ ജനപ്രതിനിധിക്കൾക്കുള്ള പരിശീലനം, വിവിധ പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ സമുദായങ്ങളിലെ യുവതീയുവാക്കൾക്കുള്ള പരിശീലന പരിപാടികൾ, വിവിധങ്ങളായ സങ്കേതതല ഏകദിന പരിശീലന പരിപാടികൾ, പട്ടികജാതി വികസന വകുപ്പ്, പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ വികസന വകുപ്പ്, റവന്യൂ വകുപ്പ്, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പ് തുടങ്ങി ഗോത്ര ജനവിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്കിടയിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന വിവിധ വകുപ്പുകളിലെ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ/ഫാക്കൽറ്റികളുടെ സേവനം മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള പരിശീലന പരിപാടികൾ, ഗോത്ര വർഗ്ഗക്കാരുടെ വംശീയ രോഗശാന്തി ചികിത്സാരീതികൾ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനും മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള ശില്പശാലകൾ/ക്യാമ്പുകൾ/മേളകൾ, ഗോത്രജനതയുടെ കരകൗശല നൈപുണ്യം/പാരമ്പര്യ അറിവുകൾ/പരമ്പരാഗത കലാരൂപങ്ങൾ, എന്നിവ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനും പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള ശില്പശാലകൾ, ഗോത്ര ജനസമൂഹങ്ങളുടെ സമകാലിക സാമൂഹിക - സാംസ്കാരിക, സാമ്പത്തിക, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ അവസ്ഥ വിലയിരുത്തുന്നതിനും മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള മാർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ, ആരായുന്നതിനുള്ള ദേശീയ/അന്തർദേശീയ സെമിനാറുകൾ, തുടങ്ങിയവ പരിശീലന വിഭാഗം ഏറ്റെടുത്തു നടത്തുന്ന പ്രധാന പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിൽ ചിലതാണ്.
പരിശീലന പരിപാടികൾ
1. പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ വിഭാഗങ്ങളുടെ അവകാശങ്ങൾ സംരക്ഷിക്കാൻ ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടിട്ടുള്ള പ്രസക്തമായ നിയമങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് പ്രത്യേക ദുർബല ഗോത്രവിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്കായുള്ള ത്രിദിന പരിശീലന പരിപാടി
പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ വിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്കായി ഭരണഘടന ഉറപ്പു നല്കുന്ന സംരക്ഷണങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് അവബോധമുണ്ടാക്കുന്നതിനും പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ ക്ഷേമത്തിനായുള്ള നിയമങ്ങൾ പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനും നിയമ പരിരക്ഷ തേടേണ്ടതിന്റെ ആവിശ്യകത, നിയമ പരിരക്ഷാ മാർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ, സംവിധാനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയെക്കുറിച്ച് അറിവ് നല്കുന്നതിനും പരിശീലന പരിപാടി പ്രയോജനപ്പെട്ടു.
2. ട്രൈബൽ എക്സ്റ്റൻഷൻ ഓഫീസർമാർക്കുള്ള ത്രിദിന പരിശീലനപരിപാടി
2022 ഡിസംബർ 7-9 കാലയളവിലാൺ പരിശീലന പരിപാടി സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചത്. പരിശീലനത്തിൻ 25 ട്രൈബൽ എക്സ്റ്റൻഷൻ ഓഫീസർമാർ പങ്കെടുത്തു. ഗോത്ര ജനതയുടെ ചരിത്ര പശ്ചാത്തലം ഗോത്ര സംസ്ക്കാരത്തിന്റെ പ്രസക്തി, കേരളത്തിലെ പട്ടിക വർഗ്ഗ സമുദായങ്ങളുടെ സാംസ്ക്കാരിക സവിശേഷതകൾ &പാരമ്പര്യ ചട്ടങ്ങൾ, പട്ടിക വർഗ്ഗ വികസനം, ഭരണ നിർവ്വഹണം, വികസന വ്യാപന സമീപനങ്ങൾ, വികസന വ്യാപന പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ, പട്ടിക വർഗ്ഗ ജനതയുടെ പ്രശ്ന പരിഹാരം, വിവരശേഖരണം, വിശകലനം, പരിഹാര മാർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ തുടങ്ങിയ മേഖലകളിൽ അവഗാഹം നല്കുന്നതിൻ പരിശീലന പരിപാടി പ്രയോജനപ്പെട്ടു.
3. ഏകദിന സങ്കേത തല ലഹരി വിരുദ്ധ-വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ അവബോധന പരിശീലന പരിപാടിയും പണിയൻ, ഇരുളർ ഗോത്ര ഭാഷയിലും സാമൂഹിക സാഹചര്യത്തിലും ആവിഷ്ക്കരിച്ച ലഹരി നിർമ്മാർജ്ജന നാടക അവതരണവും
ലഹരി പദാർത്ഥങ്ങളുടെ അമിത ഉപയോഗം സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്ന സാമൂഹിക സാമ്പത്തിക ആരോഗ്യ പ്രശ്നങ്ങളിൽ ഗോത്ര ജനതയെ ബോധവല്ക്കരിക്കുക, ലഹരി പദാർത്ഥങ്ങളുടെ അമിത ഉപയോഗത്തിന്റെ നിർമ്മാർജ്ജന ത്തിനു വേണ്ടി സർക്കാർ നടത്തുന്ന പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിൽ ഗോത്ര ജനതയുടെ പങ്കാളിത്തം വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുക, ഉന്നത വിദ്യാഭ്യാസവും അതിനനുസൃതമായ തൊഴിലും നേടുന്നതിൻ ഗോത്ര ജനതയ്ക്ക് പ്രചോദനവും ആവശമായ മാർഗ്ഗ നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങളും നല്ക്കുക എന്നീ ഉദ്ദേശ്യലക്ഷ്യങ്ങളോടെയാൺ പദ്ധതി വിഭാവനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. 2023 ഫ്രബ്രുവരി ആദ്യ പകുതിയിൽ പരിശീലന പരിപാടി നടത്തുവാനാൺ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്.
4. അനർഹ പട്ടിക ജാതി/പട്ടിക വർഗ്ഗ/ഒ.ബി.സി സമുദായ അവകാശങ്ങൾ കണ്ടെത്തുന്നതിൻ റവന്യൂ ഓഫീസർമാർക്കുള്ള പരിശീലനം
റവന്യൂ വകുപ്പിലെ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർക്ക് കേരളത്തിലെ പട്ടികജാതി - പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ-പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗങ്ങളുടെ ചരിത്രം, സംസ്ക്കാരം, അധിവാസം എന്നിവയെ കുറിച്ച് ധാരണ നല്ക്കുക, 1996-ലെ കേരള (പട്ടികജാതികൾ പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ) സമുദായ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നല്ക്കൽ ക്രമപ്പെടുത്തൽ നിയമവും നിയമവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് സർക്കാർ ഇറക്കിയ ഉത്തരവുകളെയും പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തുക, അനർഹർ പട്ടികജാതി - പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ സമുദായ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ നേടാൻ സ്വീകരിച്ചു വരുന്ന മാർഗ്ഗങ്ങളെകുറിച്ച് അറിവ് നല്കുക, റവന്യൂ അധികാരികളിൽ നിന്നല്ലാതെ സമ്പാദിക്കുന്ന വ്യാജ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളെകുറിച്ച് അവബോധമുണ്ടാക്കുക, അനർഹരെ കണ്ടെത്തുവാനും നിയമ നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുവാനുമുള്ള മാർഗ്ഗങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് അവബോധം സൃഷ്ടിക്കുക എന്നീ ഉദ്ദേശ്യ ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങളോടെയാൺ പരിശീലന പരിപാടി വിഭാവനം ചെയ്തത്.
5. വംശീയ വൈദ്യന്മാർക്കുള്ള ത്രിദിന ശില്പ്പശാല
വംശീയ വൈദ്യത്തിന്റെ പ്രാധാന്യവും പ്രസക്തിയും വിലയിരുത്തക, നിലവിൽ വംശീയ വൈദ്യന്മാർ അഭിമുഖീകരിക്കുന്ന പ്രധാന പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ മനസ്സിലാക്കുവാനും അവയ്ക്ക് ചർച്ചചെയ്ത് പരിഹാര നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ കണ്ടെത്തുക, വംശീയ വൈദ്യന്മാർ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന മരുന്നുകളുടെ പേറ്റന്റ് എടുക്കുവാൻ വേണ്ട നടപടികൾ ചർച്ച ചെയ്യുക തുടങ്ങിയ ഉദ്ദേശ്യലക്ഷ്യങ്ങളോടെയാൺ പരിശീലന പരിപാടി സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.
6. ഗോത്ര വനിതകളുടെ അവകാശ സംരക്ഷണവും,ശാക്തീകരണവും ഗോത്ര വനിതകൾക്കെതിരെയുള്ള അതിക്രമങ്ങൾ തടയലും ഏകദിന സങ്കേതതല പരിശീലന പരിപാടി
വനിതാ സംരക്ഷണം, ശാക്തീകരണം, ഉന്നമനം, പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ സ്ത്രീകൾക്കെതിരെയുള്ള അതിക്രമങ്ങൾ, അവയുടെ തടയൽ എന്നിവയെ കുറിച്ച് ധാരണ നല്കുക, സ്ത്രീ സുരക്ഷയുമായും സ്ത്രീകളുടെ അവകാശ സംരക്ഷണവുമായും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട നിയമങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് ഗോത്രവർഗ്ഗ സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് അറിവ് നല്കുക എന്നീ ഉദ്ദേശ്യ ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങളോടെയാൺ പരിശീലന പരിപാടി നടത്തുന്നത്.
7. കാണിക്കാർ സമുദായത്തിന്റെ പാരമ്പര്യ കലാരൂപങ്ങളുടെ ഡോക്യുമെന്റേഷൻ
മണ്മറഞ്ഞു പോയ്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കാണിക്കാർ സമുദായത്തിന്റെ അനുഷ്ഠാന കലാരൂപമായ 'ചാറ്റ് പാട്ട്' ഡോക്യുമെന്റ് ചെയ്യുക, കാണിക്കാർ സമുദായത്തിന്റെ പാരമ്പര്യ കലാരൂപങ്ങൾ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി സൂക്ഷിക്കുക എന്നിവയ്ക്കായി നടത്തിയ പദ്ധതി ആൺ ഇത്.
8. കരിംപാലൻ ഗോത്രജനതയുടെ പാരമ്പര്യ നൃത്ത പഠന കളരി.
കരിംപാലൻ സമുദായത്തിന്റെ അന്യം നിന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന പാരമ്പര്യ കലകളെ നിലനിർത്തുക, കരിംപാലൻ സമുദായത്തിന്റെ പാരമ്പര്യകലകളെ പരിപോഷിപ്പിക്കുകയും പുതിയ തലമുറയ്ക്ക് അവ പകർന്ന് നല്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക, വേദിയിൽ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്ന രൂപത്തിൽ സമയബന്ധിതമായി ചിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തുക തുടങ്ങിയവയ്ക്കായി നടത്തുന്ന ശില്പശാലയ്ക്ക് 2023 ഫ്രബ്രുവരി ഒന്നിൻ കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ ഉളിക്കൽ പഞ്ചായത്തിലെ കൊരങ്ങാടി സങ്കേതത്തിൽ തുടക്കം കുറിച്ചു.
1. ഗോത്ര പാരമ്പര്യ കലാഅവതരണ സംഘങ്ങൾക്ക് സംഗീത ഉപകരണങ്ങളും അലങ്കാരങ്ങളും വാങ്ങിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ധനസഹായം
ഗോത്ര ജനതയുടെ പാരമ്പര്യകലയും സംസ്കാരവും സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനായി വളരെയധികം സാമ്പത്തിക ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് അനുഭവിക്കുന്ന തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട പത്ത് കലാസംഘങ്ങൾക്ക് സംഗീത ഉപകരണങ്ങളും ആടയാഭരണങ്ങളും വാങ്ങിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ധനസഹായ പദ്ധതിയാണിത്. പദ്ധതി ഗോത്ര കലാസംഘങ്ങളുടെ വേദികളിലുള്ള പ്രകടനം മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിൻ സഹായകമായി.
2. ഗോത്രവർഗ്ഗ വൈദ്യന്മാർക്കുള്ള ത്രിദിന ശില്പശാല
ഗോത്രവർഗ്ഗ ചികിത്സാരീതികളുടെ സംരക്ഷണത്തിനും പ്രോത്സാഹനത്തിനുമായി നിരവധി പരിപാടികൾ വകുപ്പ് സംഘടിപ്പിക്കാറുണ്ടണ്ട്. ഗോത്രവർഗ്ഗ വൈദ്യന്മാർ അഭിമുഖീകരിക്കുന്ന പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ, വ്യാജന്മാരുടെ കടന്നുവരവ്, പാരമ്പര്യ അറിവുകളുടെ സംരക്ഷണം, പുതുതായി ചികിത്സാരംഗത്ത് കടന്നുവരുന്നവർക്കുള്ള അംഗീകാരം നല്കൽ, ചികിൽസാ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങൾ മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള സാമ്പത്തിക സഹായം, തുടങ്ങിയ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ ചർച്ച ചെയ്ത് ഫലപ്രദമായ രീതിയിലുള്ള പരിഹാരമാർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ കണ്ടെത്തുക എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യ സാധ്യത്തിനായിട്ടാൺ വകുപ്പ് 2 ത്രിദിന ശില്പശാലകൾ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചത്. ഒന്ന് അട്ടപ്പാടിയിൽ വെച്ചും മറ്റൊന്ന് വകുപ്പിന്റെ ക്യാമ്പസിൽ വെച്ചും. രണ്ട് ശില്പശാലയിലുമായി ഗോത്രവർഗ്ഗ വൈദ്യന്മാർ പങ്കെടുത്തു. ത്രിദിന ശില്പശാല സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ വംശീയ വൈദ്യ ചികിത്സകർ അഭിമുഖീകരിക്കുന്ന സമകാലിക പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ ചർച്ച ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും സാധ്യമായ പ്രതിവിധികൾ നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള വേദി ആയി.
3. ആസാദി കാ അമൃത മഹോത്സവത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി ഭഗവാൻ ബിർസ മുണ്ട ഐക്കണിക് വാരാഘോഷം.
സ്ക്കൂൾ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്കായി ഭഗവാൻ ബിർസ മുണ്ടയുടെ ജീവിതത്തെ അധികരിച്ച് നടത്തിയ ഓൺലൈൻ ബിർസ മുണ്ട ചിത്രോൽസവ് മത്സരം; 2021 നവംബർ 16 ൻ 'കേരളത്തിലെ ഗോത്രവർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾക്കിടയിലുള്ള ദുരന്തനിവാരണം' എന്ന വിഷയത്തിൽ വെബിനാർ; 'കോവിഡ് -19 അനുബന്ധ ആരോഗ്യ പ്രശ്നങ്ങളും ഗോത്ര ജനതയിലെ കോവിഡിന്റെ ആഘാതവും' വെബിനാർ; 'വനാവകാശ നിയമം 2006, ഓൺലൈൻ ശില്പശാല, ഗോത്ര യുവ ജനങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള ഓൺലൈൻ നേതൃത്വ പരിശീലന പരിപാടി, 'ഗോത്ര ജന സമൂഹങ്ങൾക്കിടയിലെ ലഹരി വസ്തുക്കളുടെ ദുരുപയോഗവും അവരുടെ സാമൂഹിക - സാംസ്കാരിക ജീവിതത്തിൽ അതിന്റെ സ്വാധീനവും' സംബന്ധിച്ച് വെബിനാർ; 'ഗോത്ര കലാകാരന്മാർക്കുള്ള ഓൺലൈൻ ത്രിദിന ശില്പശാല' എന്നീ പരിപാടികളാൺ 'ആസാദി കാ അമൃത മഹോൽസവത്തിന്റെ' ഭാഗമായി ഭഗവാൻ ബിർസ മുണ്ട ഐക്കണിക് വാരാഘോഷത്തിലൂടെ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചത്.
4. മുതുവാൻ ഗോത്രജനതയുടെ പാരമ്പര്യ കലാപഠനകളരി
2021 മാർച്ച് 7 മുതൽ 21 വരെ ഇടുക്കി ജില്ലയിലെ മുതുവാൻ സമുദായത്തിന്റെ പാരമ്പര്യ കലാരൂപങ്ങൾ ചിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനായി 15 ദിവസത്തെ ശില്പശാല വകുപ്പിന്റ ക്യാമ്പസിൽ വെച്ച് സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. മുതുവാൻ സമുദായത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട 17 കലാകാരന്മാർ ഈ ശില്പശാലയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു. 45 മിനിറ്റ് ദൈർഘ്യമുള്ള വേദി അവതരണ ഇനമായി പാരമ്പര്യ കലാരൂപങ്ങളുടെ അവതരണത്തെ ചിട്ടപ്പെടുത്താനും, പുതിയ തലമുറയ്ക്ക് കലാവതരണ വൈദഗ്ധ്യം കൈമാറാനും ഈ ശില്പശാലയിലൂടെ സാധിച്ചു.
ഗോൾ (ഗോയിങ്ങ് ഓൺ ലൈൻ ആസ് ലീഡർ) കേരള
സാങ്കേതിക വിദ്യയിലൂടെ, ഡിജിറ്റൾ നൈപുണ്യവും ശാക്തീകരണവും നല്കി ഗോത്ര സമുദായങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള 100 യുവാക്കളെ നാളത്തെ നേതാക്കളാക്കാൻ പ്രാപ്തരാക്കുന്നതിനായി നടത്തിയ ഒരു സംരഭമാണിത്. അദ്ധ്യാപകർ, കലാകാരന്മാർ, സംരംഭകർ, സാമൂഹ്യ പ്രവർത്തകർ തുടങ്ങി 100 പേരെ പദ്ധതി നടത്തിപിന്റെ മെന്ററർമാരായി തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത് ആണ് പദ്ധതി നടപ്പിലാക്കിയത്. ഗോത്ര യുവജനതയുടെ മാനവവിഭവശേഷി /നൈപുണികൾ വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് പരിപാടി സഹായകമായി. ഗോത്ര യുവതീയുവാക്കളുടെ ആത്മവിശ്വാസം ഉയർത്തുന്നതിനും അവർക്കിടയിൽ ഉയർന്ന അഭിലാഷങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കുവാനും അവ നേടുന്നതിന് പ്രചോദിപ്പിക്കുവാനും പരിപാടിയിലൂടെ കഴിഞ്ഞു.

2019 ഒക്ടോബർ 15 മുതൽ 17 വരെ വകുപ്പിന്റെ ക്യാമ്പസിൽ വെച്ച് പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ കലാകാരന്മാരുടെ ത്രിദിന ശില്പശാല സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. ഗോത്രവർഗ്ഗക്കാർ അവരുടെ ഊരുകളിൽ മാത്രം അവതരിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്ന കലാരൂപങ്ങൾ പൊതുവേദികളിൽ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ പാരമ്പര്യ കലകളുടെ അവതരണ സമയം, ക്രമീകരണം എന്നിവ സംബന്ധിച്ച പലപ്രശ്നങ്ങളും അഭിമുഖീകരിക്കാറുണ്ട്. അത്തരം പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾക്ക് ചർച്ചയിലൂടെ പരിഹാരമാർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ കണ്ടെത്തുന്നതിനും കലകളുടെ സംരക്ഷണത്തിൻ സ്വീകരിക്കേണ്ട മാർഗ്ഗങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് ധാരണയിൽ എത്തിച്ചേരാനും ശില്പശാലയിലൂടെ സാധിച്ചു. കേരളത്തിലെ വിവിധ പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ സമുദായത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട 47 പേർ ശില്പശാലയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു.
2. കുറുമ്പർ ഗോത്ര ജനതയുടെ പാരമ്പര്യ കലാപഠന കളരി
2020 ഫെബ്രുവരി 26 മുതൽ മാർച്ച് 11 വരെ പാലക്കാട് ജില്ലയിലെ അട്ടപ്പാടിയിലെ കുറുമ്പർ സമുദായത്തിന്റെ പരമ്പരാഗത കലാരൂപങ്ങൾക്കായുള്ള 15 ദിവസത്തെ ശില്പശാല വകുപ്പിന്റെ ക്യാമ്പസിൽ വെച്ച് നടത്തി. കുറുമ്പൻ സമുദായത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട 18 കലാകാരന്മാർ ശില്പശാലയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു. പരമ്പരാഗത കലാരൂപങ്ങളെ 45 മിനിറ്റ് ദൈർഘ്യമുള്ള വേദി അവതരണ ഇനമായി രൂപപ്പെടുത്താൻ ഈ ശില്പശാലയിലൂടെ സാധിച്ചു.
1. എസ്. ടി. ഡി. ഡി ട്രൈബൽ പ്രൊമോട്ടർമാർക്കുള്ള 20 ബാച്ച് പരിശീലന പരിപാടി
കേരളത്തിലെ പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ പ്രൊമോട്ടർമാർക്കുള്ള 20 ബാച്ച് പരിശീലന പരിപാടി 2018 മെയ് - ഓഗസ്റ്റ് മാസങ്ങളിൽ തിരുവനന്തപുരം, പാലക്കാട്, എറണാകുളം, കോഴിക്കോട്, വയനാട് ജില്ലകളിലായി നടത്തി. ട്രൈബൽ ഡെവലപ്മെന്റിന്റെ വിവിധ വശങ്ങളിൽ അറിവും ധാരണയും നേടാൻ പരിശീലന പരിപാടിയിലൂടെ പ്രമോട്ടർമാർക്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞു.
2. കേരളത്തിലെ ട്രൈബൽ എക്സ്റ്റൻഷൻ ഓഫീസർമാർക്കുള്ള ദ്വിദിന പരിശീലന പരിപാടി
2018 ജൂലൈ മാസത്തിലാൺ പ്രോഗ്രാം സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചത്. പങ്കെടുത്തവർക്കിടയിൽ ജാതി അന്വേഷണ രീതിശാസ്ത്രത്തെക്കുറിച്ചും ഗോത്ര ജനതയുടെ വികസന പരിസരത്തെക്കുറിച്ചുമുള്ള ധാരണ സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നതിന് പരിശീലനം സഹായകമായി. പരിശീലന പരിപാടിയിൽ 51 ട്രൈബൽ എക്സ്റ്റൻഷൻ ഓഫീസർമാർ പങ്കെടുത്തു.
3. തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട വനിതാ ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് പ്രതിനിധികൾക്കുള്ള നേതൃത്വ, ശാക്തീകരണ പരിശീലന പരിപാടി
നേതൃശേഷി വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കൽ, സംഘാടന പാടവം വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കൽ, ഫലപ്രദമായ ആശയവിനമയ വൈദഗ്ധ്യം, ഗോത്ര വികസനത്തെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള കാഴ്ചപ്പാടുകൾ, എസ്. ടി. ഡി. ഡി യുടെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ, പദ്ധതികൾ, ജനപ്രതിനിധി എന്ന നിലയിൽ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തങ്ങൾ നിർവ്വഹിക്കുന്നതിൻ പ്രസക്തമായ മറ്റ് വകുപ്പുകൾ എന്നിവയെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള സെഷനുകൾ പരിശീലന പരിപാടിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിരുന്നു. ഗോത്രജനതയുടെ വികസനം സുഗമമാക്കുന്നതിൻ വികേന്ദ്രീകൃത ആസൂത്രണത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി തീരുമാനങ്ങൾ എടുക്കുന്ന പ്രക്രിയയിൽ സജീവമായി പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ അംഗങ്ങളെ പ്രാപ്തരാക്കുന്നതിന് പരിശീലനം സഹായകമായി.
4. കേരളത്തിലെ റവന്യൂ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർക്കായുള്ള ഏഴ് ഏകദിന പരിശീലന പരിപാടികൾ
കേരളത്തിലെ റവന്യൂ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർക്ക് ഏഴ് ഏകദിന പരിശീലന പരിപാടികൾ 2019 ജനുവരി 15 - 30 കാലയളവിൽ കോഴിക്കോട് ചേവായൂരുള്ള വകുപ്പിന്റെ ക്യാമ്പസിൽ വെച്ച് സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി തഹസിൽദാർമാർ, സ്പെഷ്യൽ വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർമാർ, വില്ലേജ് അസിസ്റ്റന്റുമാർ, സീനിയർ ക്ലാർക്കുമാർ, ക്ലാർക്കുമാർ എന്നിങ്ങനെ വിവിധ വിഭാഗങ്ങളിലെ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ ഉൾപ്പെടെ മൊത്തം 370 റവന്യൂ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ പരിപാടിയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു. ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ ഔദ്യോഗിക കൃത്യനിർവ്വഹണ പാടവം വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിൻ പരിപാടി സഹായകമായി.
5. ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഗോത്ര ജനവിഭാഗങ്ങളിലെ സ്ത്രീകളുടെ സമകാലിക സാമൂഹിക - സാംസ്കാരിക സാഹചര്യത്തെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര സെമിനാർ
'ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഗോത്ര സ്ത്രീകളുടെ സമകാലിക സാമൂഹിക - സാംസ്കാരിക സാഹചര്യം : വെല്ലുവിളികളും പ്രതീക്ഷകളും' എന്ന വിഷയത്തിൽ 2018 ഒക്ടോബർ 10 മുതൽ 12 വരെ വകുപ്പിന്റെ ക്യാമ്പസിൽ വെച്ച് അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര സെമിനാർ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. അക്കാദമിക്ക് വിദഗ്ധർ, പണ്ഡിതർ, ഗോത്ര വനിതാ പ്രതിനിധികൾ, നേതാക്കൾ, ഭരണാധികാരികൾ തുടങ്ങിയവർ സെമിനാറിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു. ഗോത്ര വനിതകളുടെ നിലവിലുള്ള സാഹചര്യത്തെ നന്നായി മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നതിനും ഗോത്ര വനിതകളുടെ ജീവിത നിലവാരം മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനുമുള്ള ഭാവി നടപടികളെക്കുറിച്ച് ചർച്ച ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും സെമിനാർ സഹായകമായി. രാജ്യത്തെ ഗോത്ര സ്ത്രീകളുടെ സാംസ്കാരിക, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ, സാമ്പത്തിക, രാഷ്ട്രീയ സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾ ചർച്ച ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ഒരു വേദിയൊരുക്കുന്നതിൻ സെമിനാർ വളരെയധികം സഹായിച്ചു. വിവിധ മേഖലകളിൽ നിന്നായി 127 പേർ സെമിനാറിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു.
6. വടക്കു - കിഴക്കൻ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളായ ആസ്സാം, മേഘാലയ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലേക്കുള്ള ഗോത്ര ജനതയുടെ സാംസ്കാരിക വിനിമയ യാത്ര
പരിശീലന വിഭാഗം നവംബർ മാസത്തിൽ വടക്കുകിഴക്കൻ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ (ആസാം, മേഘാലയ) സാംസ്കാരിക വിനിമയ സന്ദർശനം നടത്തി. 18 ഗോത്രവർഗ്ഗക്കാരാണ് പരിപാടിയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തത്. കേരളത്തിലെ ഗോത്രവർഗ്ഗ സമൂഹങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും തികച്ചും വിഭിന്നമായ ആസ്സാം, മേഘാലയ എന്നീ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലെ ഗോത്ര വർഗ്ഗക്കാരുടെ ജീവിതരീതിയും, സംസ്കാരവും കൂടുതൽ അടുത്തറിയാൻ യാത്രയിലൂടെ സംഘാംഗങ്ങൾക്ക് സാധിച്ചു. വടക്കു - കിഴക്കൻ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലെ ഗോത്ര സാംസ്ക്കാരിക പൈതൃകത്തെ അറിയുന്നതിനും തങ്ങളുടെ സാംസ്കാരിക പാരമ്പര്യത്തെ കുറിച്ച് ആത്മവിശ്വാസവും, അഭിമാനവും കേരളത്തിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ഗോത്ര സമുദായാംഗങ്ങളിൽ സൃഷ്ടിക്കാൻ യാത്രയ്ക്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞു.
7. ഗോത്ര മേഖലകളിലെ ഏകാധ്യാപക വിദ്യാലയങ്ങളിലെ അദ്ധ്യാപർക്കുള്ള പരിശീലന പരിപാടി
പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ വികസന വകുപ്പ് ഗോത്ര മേഖലകളിൽ നടത്തുന്ന ഏകാധ്യാപക വിദ്യാലയങ്ങളിലെ അദ്ധ്യാപകർക്കായി പത്ത് ദിവസത്തെ രണ്ട് ബാച്ച് പരിശീലന പരിപാടി 2018 ഏപ്രിൽ, ഒക്ടോബർ മാസങ്ങളിൽ വകുപ്പിന്റെ ക്യാമ്പസിൽ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. ആദ്യ പരിശീലന പരിപാടി പ്രീ-പ്രൈമറി അധ്യാപകർക്കും രണ്ടാമത്തേത് പ്രൈമറി അദ്ധ്യാപകർക്കുമായാണ് നടത്തിയത്. പരിശീലന പരിപാടിയിൽ 53 പ്രീ-പ്രൈമറി അദ്ധ്യാപകരും 24 പ്രൈമറി അദ്ധ്യാപകരും പങ്കെടുത്തു.
8. 36 -ാംമത് തലക്കൽ ചന്തു സ്മാരക സംസ്ഥാനതല അമ്പെയ്ത്ത് മത്സരം
കോഴിക്കോട് ഗവണ്മെന്റ് മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് ഗ്രൗണ്ടിൽ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച 36-ാം മത് തലക്കൽ ചന്തു സ്മാരക സംസ്ഥാനതല അമ്പെയ്ത്ത് മത്സരത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി പരമ്പരാഗതവും ആധുനികവുമായ അമ്പെയ്ത്ത് (ഫിറ്റ റൗണ്ട്) മത്സരങ്ങൾ നടത്തി. 30 ടീമുകൾ (119 പേർ) മത്സരത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു. കായിക ഇനം എന്ന നിലയിൽ ഗോത്ര യുവതീയുവാക്കൾക്കിടയിൽ അമ്പെയ്ത്തിൽ പ്രാവീണ്യം വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് പരിപാടിയിലൂടെ സാധിച്ചു.
9. സങ്കേതതല ഏകദിന പരിശീലന പരിപാടിയും പണിയൻ ഭാഷയിൽ തയ്യാറാക്കിയ വികസന പരിസരം സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നാടകാവതരണവും
പണിയൻ ഭാഷയിൽ തയ്യാറാക്കിയ നാടകാവതരണത്തിലൂടെ വികസന കാഴ്ചപ്പാട് സമുദായാംഗങ്ങൾക്കിടയിൽ സൃഷ്ടിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു. ഗോത്രഭാഷയെ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള പ്രേരണ നല്കാനും തനത് ഭാഷയിലൂടെയുള്ള ഈ നാടകാവതരണത്തിലൂടെ സാധിച്ചു. പണിയൻ ഭാഷയിലുള്ള വികസന നാടക അവതരണവും ഏകദിന പരിശീലന പരിപാടിയും വയനാട്ടിലെ അമ്പലക്കുന്ന്, കല്ലുണ്ട, കോട്ടക്കൊല്ലി, ഹരിതഗിരി, തെറ്റുവാടി എന്നീ സങ്കേതങ്ങളിലും മലപ്പുറത്തെ ഭൂമിക്കുന്ന് സങ്കേതത്തിലും കോഴിക്കോട് മുത്തപ്പൻപുഴ സങ്കേതത്തിലുമായി നടത്തി.
10. ഏകദിന സങ്കേതതല പരിശീലന പരിപാടിയും, ഇരുള ഭാഷയിലും സംസ്കാരത്തിലും തയ്യാറാക്കിയ ലഹരി നിർമ്മാർജ്ജന നാടകവതരണവും
ഇരുള ഭാഷയിലെ ലഹരി നിർമ്മാർജ്ജന നാടക അവതരണത്തിലൂടെ ഗോത്ര മേഖലകളിൽ നിലനില്ക്കുന്ന അമിത ലഹരി വസ്തുക്കളുടെ ഉപയോഗം കുറയ്ക്കാൻ വേണ്ടണ്ടിയുള്ള ഒരു അവബോധം സമുദായാംഗങ്ങൾക്കിടിയിൽ സൃഷ്ടിക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചു. പാലക്കാട് ജില്ലയിലെ അട്ടപ്പാടി മേഖലയിലെ പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ ഇരുളർ വിഭാഗത്തിന്റെ കാരയൂർ, പാലൂർ, കൊളപ്പാടി, ഭൂതിവഴി, ദാസന്നൂർ, പട്ടിമാളം, കല്ക്കണ്ടിയൂർ എന്നീ സങ്കേതങ്ങളിലായി 2019 മാർച്ചോടെ ഏഴ് ഏകദിന പരിശീലന പരിപാടികൾ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ആകെ 595 കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി അംഗങ്ങൾ പരിശീലന പരിപാടികളിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു.
11. ട്രൈബൽ റൈറ്റേഴ്സ് ഫെസ്റ്റ്
ട്രൈബൽ റൈറ്റേഴ്സ് ഫെസ്റ്റിലൂടെ പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ സമുദായങ്ങളിലെ എഴുത്തുകാർക്ക് പ്രശസ്തരായ എഴുത്തുകാരുമായി സംവദിക്കാനും അവരുടെ രചനാ വൈദഗ്ധ്യം മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്താനും അവസരം ലഭിച്ചു. പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ സമുദായത്തില്പ്പെട്ട 22 സാഹിത്യകാരന്മാർ ഈ ശില്പശാലയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു.
12. വയനാട് ഗോത്ര ഭാഷാ പഠനകേന്ദ്രം പദ്ധതി
സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ കുറിച്യൻ, വെട്ടക്കുറുമൻ സമുദായങ്ങളുടെ ഭാഷയുടെയും പരമ്പരാഗത കലാരൂപങ്ങളുടെയും ഡോക്യുമെന്റേഷൻ ഈ പദ്ധതിക്ക് കീഴിൽ നടത്തി. ഡോക്യുമെന്റേഷന്റെ റിപ്പോർട്ട് പുസ്തക രൂപത്തിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
13. നാല് ഗോത്ര കലാരൂപങ്ങളുടെ സംയോജിത അവതരണ ശില്പശാല
2019 ഫെബ്രുവരി മാസത്തിൽ മാവിലൻ, കാട്ടുനായിക്കൻ, ഇരുളർ, ഹിൽ പുലയ എന്നീ പട്ടിക വർഗ്ഗവിഭാഗങ്ങളിലെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത 59 കലാകാരന്മാർ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന 15 ദിവസത്തെ ശില്പശാല കോഴിക്കോട് വകുപ്പിന്റെ ക്യാമ്പസിൽ വെച്ച് സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. നാല് ഗോത്ര ജനവിഭാഗങ്ങളുടെ പാരമ്പര്യ കലാരൂപങ്ങളുടെ അവതരണം കോർത്തിണക്കികൊണ്ട് 'നമദ' എന്ന പേരിൽ രണ്ടര മണിക്കൂർ ദൈർഘ്യമുള്ള മെഗാഷോ ചിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയെടുക്കാൻ ശില്പശാലയിലൂടെ സാധിച്ചു. ശില്പശാലയിലൂടെ നിലവിൽ അരമണിക്കൂർ മാത്രം ദൈർഘ്യം വരുന്ന ഗോത്രപാരമ്പര്യ കലകൾക്ക് വലിയ മേളകളിലും മറ്റും വേദികൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള സാധ്യത സംജാതമായിട്ടുണ്ട്.

പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ വികസന വകുപ്പിലെ (എസ് ടി ഡി ഡി) ട്രൈബൽ എക്സ്റ്റൻഷൻ ഓഫീസർമാർക്കുള്ള ദ്വിദിന പരിശീലന പരിപാടി 2017 ഏപ്രിൽ 25, 26 തീയതികളിൽ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. വിവിധ ഗോത്ര ജന സമൂഹങ്ങളുടെ സാമൂഹിക - സാംസ്കാരിക ചുറ്റുപാടുകൾ, ഗോത്ര ജനതയുടെ വികസന പിന്നാക്കാവസ്ഥയുടെ കാരണങ്ങൾ/പരിഹാര മാർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ, എന്നിവയെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള സെഷനുകൾ തുടങ്ങിയവ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയാണ് പരിശീലന പരിപാടി സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചത്. പങ്കെടുത്തവരിൽ ഗോത്ര വികസനത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് ശരിയായ കാഴ്ച്ചപ്പാട് സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നതിൻ പരിശീലന പരിപാടി സഹായകമായി. പരിശീലന പരിപാടിയിൽ 49 ട്രൈബൽ എക്സ്റ്റൻഷൻ ഓഫീസർമാർ പങ്കെടുത്തു.
2. കേരളത്തിലെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് പ്രതിനിധികൾക്കുള്ള നേതൃത്വ, ശാക്തീകരണ പരിശീലന പരിപാടി (രണ്ട് ബാച്ച്)
കേരളത്തിലെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് ജനപ്രതിനിധികൾക്കായി കിർടാഡ്സ് ക്യാമ്പസിൽ വെച്ച് 4 ദിവസം ദൈർഘ്യമുള്ള 2 ബാച്ച് പരിശീലന പരിപാടി സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. വയനാട്, കാസർഗോഡ്, കണ്ണൂർ, പാലക്കാട്, എറണാകുളം എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് അംഗങ്ങൾ പരിശീലന പരിപാടിയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു. നേതൃത്വശേഷി വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കൽ, ഫലപ്രദമായ ആശയവിനിമയ വൈദഗ്ധ്യം, ഗോത്ര ജനതയുടെ വികനസത്തെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള കാഴ്ച്ചപ്പാടുകൾ, പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ വികസന വകുപ്പിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ, പദ്ധതികൾ, ജനപ്രതിനിധി എന്ന നിലയിൽ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തങ്ങൾ നിർവ്വഹിക്കുന്നതിൻ പ്രസക്തമായ മറ്റ് വകുപ്പുകൾ എന്നിവയെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള സെഷനുകൾ ഈ പരിശീലന പരിപാടിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിരുന്നു. പട്ടിക വർഗ്ഗ ജനതയുടെ വികസനം സുഗമമാക്കുന്നതിൻ വികേന്ദ്രീകൃത ആസൂത്രണത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി തീരുമാനങ്ങൾ എടുക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള പ്രക്രിയയിൽ സജീവമായി പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ അംഗങ്ങളെ പ്രാപ്തരാക്കുന്നതിൻ പരിശീലനം സഹായകമായി. രണ്ട് ബാച്ചുകളിലായി 74 പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ ജനപ്രതിനിധികൾ പങ്കെടുത്തു.
3. പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗക്കാരുടെ അവകാശങ്ങൾ സംരക്ഷിക്കാൻ ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടുള്ള പ്രസക്തമായ നിയമങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള മൂന്ന് ദിവസത്തെ പരിശീലന പരിപാടി.
പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗക്കാരുടെ അവകാശങ്ങൾ സംരക്ഷിക്കാൻ ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടുള്ള പ്രസക്തമായ നിയമങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് 3 ദിവസം ദൈർഘ്യമുള്ള പരിശീലന പരിപാടി സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. പരിശീലന പരിപാടിയിൽ 61 പേർ പങ്കെടുത്തു. കേരളത്തിലെ പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗക്കാരുടെ ക്ഷേമത്തിനായി നിരവധി നിയമങ്ങൾ നിലവിലുണ്ട്. എന്നാൽ പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗക്കാരുടെ അവകാശങ്ങൾ സംരക്ഷിക്കാൻ ഈ നിയമങ്ങൾ ശരിയായ രീതിയിൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കപ്പെടുന്നില്ല. പട്ടികവിഭാഗങ്ങളുടെ ക്ഷേമത്തിനായി സർക്കാർ നടപ്പാക്കിയ വനാവകാശ നിയമം 2006, പട്ടികജാതി - പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ (അതിക്രമങ്ങൾ തടയൽ) നിയമം 1989, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ അവകാശ നിയമം 2005, വിവരാവകാശ നിയമം 2005 തുടങ്ങി വിവിധ നിയമങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് പരിശീലനാർത്ഥികളിൽ ധാരണ സൃഷ്ടിക്കാൻ പരിശീലന പരിപാടിയിലൂടെ സാധിച്ചു.
4. പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ വികസന വകുപ്പിലെ ട്രൈബൽ എക്സ്റ്റൻഷൻ ഓഫീസർമാർക്കുള്ള തദ്ദേശവാസികളുടെ അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര ദിനാചരണത്തിന്റെ തയ്യാറെടുപ്പ് പരിശീലന പരിപാടി
സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ട്രൈബൽ എക്സ്റ്റൻഷൻ ഓഫീസർമാർക്കിടയിൽ തദ്ദേശീയ ജനതയുടെ അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര ദിനം ആഘോഷിക്കുന്നതിന്റെ പ്രധാന്യവും പ്രസക്തിയും അറിയിക്കുന്നതിനായി വകുപ്പിന്റെ ക്യാമ്പസിൽ വെച്ച് ഏകദിന പരിശീലന പരിപാടി സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. പരിശീലന പരിപാടിയിൽ 25 ട്രൈബൽ എക്സ്റ്റൻഷൻ ഓഫീസർമാർ പങ്കെടുത്തു.
5. തദ്ദേശീയ ജനതയുടെ അന്തർദേശീയ ദിനാഘോഷം
സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ വിവിധ പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ സമുദായങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ളവരെ പങ്കെടുപ്പിച്ച് വകുപ്പിന്റെ ക്യാമ്പസിൽ വെച്ച് തദ്ദേശീയ ജനതയുടെ പത്താമത് അന്തർദേശീയ ദിനം ആഘോഷിച്ചു. തദ്ദേശീയ ജനതയുടെ അവകാശ സംരക്ഷണത്തിന്റെ പ്രാധാന്യത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് ധാരണ നല്കുവാൻ ദിനാഘോഷത്തിലൂടെ സാധിച്ചു. വിവിധ ഗോത്ര സമുദായങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നായി 110 പേർ പരിപാടിയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു.
6. മുള, വളപ്പുല്ല് എന്നിവ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് കരകൗശല വസ്തുക്കൾ നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള സംരഭകത്വ പരിശീലന പരിപാടി
മുള, വളപ്പുല്ല് എന്നിവ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് കരകൗശല വസ്തുക്കൾ നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള സംരഭകത്വ പരിശീലന പരിപാടി സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. ചോലനായ്ക്കൻ സമുദായത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട 25 പേർ പങ്കെടുത്തു. പ്രധാനമായും രണ്ട് ഘട്ടങ്ങളിലായാണ് പരിശീലന പരിപാടി സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചത്. ആദ്യഘട്ടത്തിലൂടെ ഗോത്ര അംഗങ്ങൾക്കിടയിൽ സംരംഭകത്വ വികസനത്തെകുറിച്ച് ധാരണ നല്കുന്നതിൻ സാധിച്ചു. രണ്ടാം ഘട്ടത്തിലൂടെ ഗോത്ര സമുദായഅംഗങ്ങൾക്കിടയിൽ മുളയും വളപ്പുല്ലും അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയുള്ള ഇനങ്ങൾ നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നതിൽ വൈദഗ്ദ്ധ്യം വളർത്തിയെടുക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചു. പരമ്പരാഗത മുളയും വളപ്പുുല്ലും ഉപജീവനമാർഗ്ഗമായി വളർത്തിയെടുക്കാനും സമുദായാംഗങ്ങൾക്ക് ആത്മവിശ്വാസം പകരാനും പരിശീലന പരിപാടി സഹായിച്ചു. 2017 നവംബർ 24 മുതൽ 31 വരെ ഒഡീഷയിലെ ട്രൈബൽ റിസർച്ച് ഇന്സ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട്, ഭുവനേശ്വർ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച ദേശീയ കരകൗശലമേളയിൽ പരിശീലനം നേടിയ ചോലനായ്ക്കൻ സമുദായാംഗങ്ങളും പങ്കാളികളായിരുന്നു.
7. കേരളത്തിലെ റവന്യൂ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർക്കായി അഞ്ച് ഏകദിന പരിശീലന പരിപാടി
പട്ടികജാതി/പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ സമുദായ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നല്കുന്നതിൻ ചുമതലപ്പെട്ട റവന്യൂ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ അജ്ഞതമൂലം വ്യാജ പട്ടികജാതി/പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ സമ്പാദിച്ച് സർക്കാർ സർവ്വീസുകളിലും മറ്റ് പ്രൊഫഷണൽ കോഴ്സുകളിലും അനർഹർ കടന്നുകൂടി സംവരണം അർഹതപ്പെട്ട ജനവിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്ക് ലഭ്യമാകാതെ പോകുന്ന അവസ്ഥ വലിയതോതിൽ നിലനില്ക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. ഈയൊരു സാഹചര്യത്തിലാണ് പട്ടികജാതി, പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ മറ്റ് പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗ സമുദായ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ നല്കാൻ നിയുക്തരായിരിക്കുന്ന വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർമാർക്കും, തഹസിൽദാർമാർക്കും, മറ്റ് റവന്യൂ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർക്കും വേണ്ടിയാണ് പരിശീലന പരിപാടി സംഘടിപ്പച്ചത്. ഇടുക്കി, വയനാട്, കോട്ടയം, കാസർഗോഡ്, മലപ്പുറം, തൃശ്ശൂർ, പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലകളിലെ റവന്യൂ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർക്ക് പട്ടികജാതി/പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ ജനസമൂഹങ്ങളുടെ സാമൂഹിക സാംസ്കാരിക സവിശേഷതകളെ കുറിച്ചും പട്ടികജാതി പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ സമുദായ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളുടെ അപേക്ഷകരിൽ നിന്ന് വ്യാജ അവകാശങ്ങൾ വേർതിരിച്ചറിയാൻ സഹായിക്കുന്ന തരത്തിലുമുള്ള സെഷനുകളാണ് പരിശീലന പരിപാടിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയത്. 472 പേർ 6 ബാച്ചുകളായി സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച പരിപാടിയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു.
8. ഇരുള ഗോത്ര ഭാഷയിലും സാമൂഹിക സാംസ്കാരിക പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിലും ലഹരിവസ്തുക്കളുടെ ദുരുപയോഗം തടയുന്ന നാടക ശില്പശാല.
സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ പല ഗോത്ര ജന വിഭാഗങ്ങളുടെയും സാമൂഹിക സാമ്പത്തിക, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ, രാഷ്ട്രീയ നേട്ടങ്ങളെ പ്രതികൂലമായി ബാധിക്കുന്ന ഏറ്റവും പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട ഒരു പ്രശ്നമാണ് കൗമാരം മുതലുള്ള മദ്യപാനം. ലഹരി വസ്തുക്കളുടെ ദുരുപയോഗത്തിനെതിരായ പൊതു ബോധവല്ക്കരണവും ബഹുജന പരിപാടികളും പല ഗോത്ര സമൂഹങ്ങളിലും ലഹരി പദാർത്ഥങ്ങൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന ശീലം കുറയ്ക്കുന്നതിൻ ഫലപ്രദമായിരുന്നില്ല. മേൽ സാഹചര്യം കണക്കിലെടുത്താൺ വകുപ്പ് പാലക്കാട് ജില്ലയിലെ പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ ഇരുള സമുദായത്തിന്റെ ഭാഷാ-സാംസ്കാരിക പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിൽ 15 ദിവസം നീണ്ടുനിന്ന നാടകശില്പശാല സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചത്. ശില്പശാലയിൽ 20 ഇരുള സമുദായാംഗങ്ങൾ പങ്കെടുത്തു. തുടർന്ന് 2018 മാർച്ച് 16, 17 തീയതികളിൽ പാലക്കാട് ജില്ലയിലെ അട്ടപ്പാടി മേഖലയിലെ മേലെമുള്ളി, കാവുണ്ടിക്കൽ എന്നീ സങ്കേതങ്ങളിൽ വെച്ച് രണ്ട് ഏകദിന പരിശീലന പരിപാടിയും നാടക അവതരണവും സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു.
9. പണിയൻ ഭാഷയിൽ വികസന നാടക ശില്പശാല
സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഭൂരിഭാഗം പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ സമുദായങ്ങളും വിവിധങ്ങളായ കാരണങ്ങളാൽ സാമൂഹിക- സാമ്പത്തിക - വിദ്യാഭ്യാസപരമായ പിന്നോക്കാവസ്ഥ അനുഭവിക്കുന്നവരാണ്. കേന്ദ്ര - സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാരുകൾ ഗോത്ര ജനതയുടെ വികസനത്തിനായി വിവിധ പദ്ധതികൾ നടപ്പാക്കി വരുന്നു. എന്നിരുന്നാലും വികസന പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിലും പദ്ധതി നിർവ്വഹണത്തിലും ഗോത്രവർഗ്ഗക്കാരുടെ സജീവ പങ്കാളിത്തം തുലോം തുച്ഛമാണ്. അതിനാൽ ഗോത്ര സമൂഹങ്ങളുടെ ജീവിതസാഹചര്യങ്ങൾ മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനും പദ്ധതികളുടെ മികച്ച ഫലം കൊയ്യുന്നതിനും വികസന പരിപാടികളിൽ ഗോത്രസമുദായാംഗങ്ങളുടെ പങ്കാളിത്തം വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള ഒരു പുതിയ തന്ത്രം ആവശ്യമാണ്. ഈ സാഹചര്യത്തിലാണ് സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ പണിയൻ ഗോത്ര സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ സാമൂഹിക - സാംസ്കാരിക പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിലും ഭാഷയിലും ഒരു നാടകത്തിന് വകുപ്പ് രൂപം നല്കിയത്. നാടക ശില്പശാല 2018 ഫെബ്രുവരി 24 മുതൽ മാർച്ച് 10 വരെ വകുപ്പിന്റെ ക്യാമ്പസിൽ വെച്ച് സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. തുടര്ന്ന് 2018 മാർച്ച് 20, 21 തീയതികളിൽ വയനാട് ജില്ലയിലെ ചന്തൻചിറ പണിയ സങ്കേതത്തിലും താന്നിക്കുന്ന് പണിയ സങ്കേതത്തിലും രണ്ട് ഏകദിന പരിശീലന പരിപാടികളും നാടകത്തിന്റെ അവതരണവും സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു.
10. അന്തർദേശീയ ഗോത്ര സാഹിത്യ ക്യാമ്പ്
2018 ഫെബ്രുവരി 2 മുതൽ 11 വരെ വകുപ്പിന്റെ ക്യാമ്പസിൽ ഗോത്ര സാഹിത്യോത്സവം നടത്തി. ടി ക്യാമ്പിലൂടെ പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ സമുദായങ്ങളിലെ എഴുത്തുകാർക്ക് പ്രശസ്തരായ എഴുത്തുകാരുമായി സംവദിക്കാനും തങ്ങളുടെ രചനാ വൈദഗ്ധ്യം മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്താനും അവസരം ലഭിച്ചു. സാഹിത്യ ക്യാമ്പിൽ 22 പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ സമുദായ അംഗങ്ങൾ പങ്കെടുത്തു.
11. കേരളത്തിലെ പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ യുവജനങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള നേതൃത്വ, ശാക്തീകരണ പരിശീലന പരിപാടി
പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ യുവതീ-യുവാക്കൾക്കായി രണ്ട് ബാച്ച് നേതൃത്വ പരിശീലന പരിപാടി ഒക്ടോബർ മാസത്തിൽ നടത്തി. 2017 ഒക്ടോബർ 9 മുതൽ 12 വരെ നടത്തിയ ആദ്യ ബാച്ചിൽ മലവേടൻ, അടിയാൻ, പണിയൻ സമുദായാംഗങ്ങൾ പങ്കാളികളായി. കുറുമ്പർ, കാടർ, കൊറഗർ, കാട്ടുനായ്ക്കൻ, ചോലനായ്ക്കൻ സമുദായങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ളവർക്കായി 2017 ഒക്ടോബർ 16-19 തീയതികളിൽ രണ്ടാം ബാച്ച് നടത്തി. ഗോത്രവർഗ്ഗക്കാരുടെ സാമൂഹിക - സാംസ്കാരിക - സാമ്പത്തിക- വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ നില വിലയിരുത്തുന്നതിനും ഗോത്ര സമൂഹത്തിലെ അംഗമെന്ന നിലയിൽ പിന്നോക്കാവസ്ഥയെ മറികടക്കാനുള്ള മാർഗ്ഗങ്ങളും കണ്ടെത്തുന്നതിന് പരിശീലന പരിപാടികൾ സഹായകമായിരുന്നു. രണ്ടു ബാച്ചുകളിലായി 108 പേർ പങ്കെടുത്തു.
12. മോഡൽ റസിഡൻഷ്യൽ സ്കൂളുകളിലെയും ആശ്രമം സ്കൂളുകളിലേയും അനധ്യാപക ജീവനക്കാർക്കുള്ള ദ്വിദിന പരിശീലന പരിപാടി.
മോഡൽ റസിഡന്ഷ്യൽ സ്കൂളുകളിലേയും ആശ്രമം സ്കൂളുകളിലെയും അനധ്യാപക ജീവനക്കാർക്കുള്ള ദ്വിദിന പരിശീലന പരിപാടി വകുപ്പിന്റെ ക്യാമ്പസില്വെച്ച് 2017 ഡിസംബർ 7, 8 തീയതികളിൽ നടന്നു. വിവിധ മോഡൽ റസിഡന്ഷ്യൽ സ്കൂളിലെ 47 അനധ്യാപക ജീവനക്കാർ പരിശീലന പരിപാടിയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു.
13. മോഡൽ റസിഡൻഷ്യൽ സ്കൂളുകളിലേയും ആശ്രമം സ്കൂളുകളിലെയും അധ്യാപകർക്കുള്ള ദ്വിദിന പരിശീലന പരിപാടി
മോഡൽ റസിഡൻഷ്യൽ സ്കൂളുകളിലേയും ആശ്രമം സ്കൂളുകളിലെയും അധ്യാപകർക്കുള്ള ദ്വിദിന പരിശീലന പരിപാടി 2017 നവംബർ 27, 28 തീയതികളിൽ ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റ് ക്യാമ്പസിൽ നടത്തി. ഗോത്ര വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളുടെ സാമൂഹിക - സാംസ്കാരിക പ്രത്യേകതകൾ, വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളുമായി ഇടപഴകുമ്പോൾ സ്വീകരിക്കേണ്ട കാര്യങ്ങൾ, അധ്യാപനത്തിലെ പുതിയ രീതികൾ തുടങ്ങിയവ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയാണ് പരിശീലന പരിപാടി സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചത്. വിവിധ മോഡൽ റസിഡൻഷ്യൽ സ്കൂളുകളിൽ നിന്ന് 44 അധ്യാപകർ പരിശീലന പരിപാടിയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു. പങ്കെടുത്ത അദ്ധ്യാപകരുടെ അദ്ധ്യാപന നൈപുണ്യം മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിന് പരിശീലനത്തിലൂടെ സാധിച്ചു.
14. കാട്ടുനായിക്കൻ ഗോത്ര ജനതയുടെ പാരമ്പര്യ കലകളുടെ പതിനഞ്ച് ദിവസത്തെ ശില്പശാല
2017 നവംബർ 21 മുതൽ ഡിസംബർ 5 വരെ കാട്ടുനായിക്കൻ സമുദായത്തിന്റെ പരമ്പരാഗത കലാരൂപങ്ങൾക്കായുള്ള പതിനഞ്ച് ദിവസത്തെ ശില്പശാല വകുപ്പിന്റെ ക്യാമ്പസിൽ വെച്ച് നടന്നു. 25 കാട്ടുനായിക്കൻ സമുദായ അംഗങ്ങൾ ശില്പശാലയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു. പരമ്പരാഗത കലാരൂപങ്ങളെ 45 മിനിറ്റ് സ്റ്റേജ് പെർഫോമിംഗ് ഇനമായി വാർത്തെടുക്കാൻ ശില്പശാല സഹായകമായി. കൂടാതെ, കാട്ടുനായിക്കൻ സമുദായത്തിലെ യുവതലമുറയ്ക്ക് പാരമ്പര്യ കലകളിൽ പ്രകടന വൈദഗ്ദ്ധ്യം നേടാനും ശില്പശാലയിലൂടെ സാധിച്ചു.
15. മലക്കുടിയ ഗോത്ര ജനതയുടെ പാരമ്പര്യ കലകളുടെ ശില്പശാല
2017 ഡിസംബർ 12 മുതൽ 26 വരെ കാസര്ഗോഡ് ജില്ലയിലെ മലക്കുടിയ സമുദായത്തിന്റെ പരമ്പരാഗത കലാരൂപങ്ങൾക്കായുള്ള പതിനഞ്ച് ദിവസത്തെ ശില്പശാല വകുപ്പിന്റെ ക്യാമ്പസിൽ വെച്ച് നടത്തി. 22 മലക്കുടിയ സമുദായാംഗങ്ങൾ ശില്പശാലയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു. പരമ്പരാഗത കലാരൂപങ്ങളെ 45 മിനിറ്റ് സ്റ്റേജ് പെർഫോമിംഗ് ഇനമായി രൂപപ്പെടുത്താൻ ശില്പശാല സഹായകമായി. കൂടാതെ, സമുദായത്തിലെ യുവതലമുറയ്ക്ക് പാരമ്പര്യ കലകളിൽ നൈപുണ്യം കരസ്ഥമാക്കാനും ശില്പശാലയിലൂടെ സാധിച്ചു.
16. കേരളത്തിലെ പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ സമുദായങ്ങളുടെ ആരോഗ്യ പ്രശ്നങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ത്രിദിന ശില്പശാല
2017 ജൂലായ് 4 മുതൽ 6 വരെ വകുപ്പിന്റെ ക്യാമ്പസിൽ വെച്ച് കേരളത്തിലെ പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ സമുദായങ്ങളുടെ ആരോഗ്യ പ്രശ്നങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ത്രിദിന ശില്പശാല നടന്നു. ശില്പശാലയിൽ ഗോത്ര മേഖലകളിലെ വിവിധ ആരോഗ്യപ്രശ്നങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് നിരവധി ചർച്ചകൾ നടന്നു. സാമൂഹിക പ്രവർത്തകർ, പ്രെമോട്ടർമാർ, ആരോഗ്യ പ്രമോട്ടർമാർ, വാർഡ് മെമ്പർമാർ, ഡോക്ടർമാർ തുടങ്ങിയവർ ശില്പശാലയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു. ഗോത്ര മേഖലകളിലെ ആരോഗ്യപ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിൻ ചില പരിഹാര മാർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നതിനു ത്രിദിന ശില്പശാലയിലൂടെ സാധിച്ചു. വിവിധ മേഖലയിൽ നിന്നുള്ള 103 പേർ ശില്പശാലയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു.
17. ഒഡീഷ്യയിലെ ദേശീയ കരകൗശലമേള
2017 നവംബർ 24 മുതൽ 31 വരെ ഒഡീഷ്യയിലെ ഭുവനേശ്വറിലെ ട്രൈബൽ റിസർച്ച് ഇന്സ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച നാഷണൽ ക്രാഫ്റ്റ് ഫെസ്റ്റിവലിൽ പരിശീലനം നേടിയ ചോലനായ്ക്കൻ സമുദായ അംഗങ്ങൾ പങ്കെടുത്തു.

2017-ൽ വകുപ്പ് നടത്തിയ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഗോത്ര കലാരൂപങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര സെമിനാറിൽ അവതരിപ്പിച്ച 22 പ്രബന്ധങ്ങൾ അടങ്ങുന്ന 'ഗോത്രകലയും, സമൂഹവും, വെല്ലുവിളികളും കാഴ്ചപ്പാടുകളും' എന്ന പുസ്തകം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചു.
19. സങ്കേത തല ഏകദിന പരിശീലന പരിപാടിയും നാടക അവതരണവും
വകുപ്പിന്റെ ആഭിമുഖ്യത്തിൽ 10 ഏകദിന ഊരുകൂട്ട പരിശീലന പരിപാടികളും നാടകാവതരണവും വിവിധ ജില്ലകളിലെ പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ സങ്കേതങ്ങളിൽ വെച്ച് സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. കോട്ടക്കൊല്ലി ചീയമ്പം സങ്കേതം, കട്ടക്കണ്ടി, ചേകാടി സങ്കേതം, ചെമ്പട്ടി സങ്കേതം, വൈത്തിരി, നാരങ്ങാകണ്ടി സങ്കേതം, കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലയിലെ വട്ടച്ചിറ സങ്കേതം, നിലമ്പൂർ നെടുങ്കയം സങ്കേതം, മൂപ്പിൽ സങ്കേതം കാസർഗോഡ്, ആറളം ഫാം കണ്ണൂർ, പാലക്കാട് പെരുമാട്ടി സർക്കാർ കോളനി, കുമ്മിട്ടാം കുഴി മറയൂർ എന്നീ സങ്കേതങ്ങളിൽ വെച്ചാണ് പരിശീലന പരിപാടികൾ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചത്. ആകെ 789 പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ സമുദായാംഗങ്ങൾ പത്ത് ഏകദിന സങ്കേതതല പരിശീലന പരിപാടികളിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു. പരിശീലന പരിപാടിയിലൂടെ സമുദായ അംഗങ്ങൾക്ക് സർക്കാരിന്റെ വിവിധ വികസന പരിപാടികളെക്കുറിച്ചും, വികസന പരിപാടികൾ നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്നതിൽ ഊരുകൂട്ടത്തിന്റെ പ്രാധാന്യത്തെക്കുറിച്ചും മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചു.
20. 35-ാം മത് തലക്കൽ ചന്തു അമ്പെയ്ത്ത് മൽസരം
ബ്രീട്ടീഷ്കാരോട് പടപൊരുതി വീരമൃത്യു വരിച്ച തലക്കൽ ചന്തുവിന്റെ ഓർമ്മയ്ക്കായി വകുപ്പ് എല്ലാവർഷവും തലക്കൽ ചന്തു അമ്പെയ്ത്ത് മൽസരം സംഘടിപ്പിക്കാറുണ്ട്. 35-ാം മത് തലക്കൽ ചന്തു അമ്പെയ്ത്ത് മൽസരം കൊയിലാണ്ടി മണക്കുളങ്ങര മിനി സ്റ്റേഡിയം ഗ്രൗണ്ടിൽ വെച്ച് 2018 ജനുവരി 2, 3 തീയതികളിൽ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. വിവിധ പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ സമുദായങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നായി 100 പേർ അമ്പെയ്ത്ത് മൽസരത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു. ആധുനികം, പരമ്പരാഗതം, മിക്സഡ് ഡബിൾസ് എന്നീ ഇനങ്ങളിൽ അമ്പെയ്ത്ത് മൽസരം നടന്നു.
Training Wing of the Department conducts various training programs, workshops, seminars, conferences, festivals and other events for the overall wellbeing of the scheduled communities of the State in line with the developments in science and information & communication technologies and contemporary life situationsby promoting theircultural uniqueness and traditional wisdom of sustainable living.Training programs to support the traditional livelihood resources of the tribal people, leadership training program for theST representative of PRIs, & youths of ST communities, hamlet level concentization training programs, training programs for the officials/faculties working under various Government Departments such as Scheduled Caste Development Department, Scheduled Tribe Development Department, Revenue Department, Education Department, etc. to improve their service delivery amongst the scheduled category people, workshops to protect and promote the ethnic healing practices, crafts and traditional art forms of the tribal people, and national/international seminars to appraise and address the contemporary socio-cultural, economic, educational and political scenario of the tribal people are some of the major activities undertaken by the Training Wing.
Important activities carried out by the Training Wing during the last five years are mentioned below.
Training Programs 2017-18
1. Two Days Training Programme for Tribal Extension Officers
Two Days Training programme for the Tribal Extension Officers of Scheduled Tribe Development Department (STDD) was conducted on 25th& 26th April 2017. Sessions on the socio-cultural environment of different Tribal communities, reasons for their development backwardness, other issues faced by the tribal people and their remedial measures, PRA methodology etc were included in the Training Programme. The training was helpful in enhancing the service delivery of the Officials by creating a right perspective on tribal development amongst them.
2. Leadership and Empowerment Training Programme for the Elected Scheduled Tribe Gramapanchayat Representatives in Kerala (Two Batches)
Scheduled Tribe Grama Pachayat members from Wayanad, Kasargod, Kannur, Palakkad and Ernakulam districts were participated in the Training Programme. Sessions on enhancing the leadership capabilities, capacity building, effective communication skills, perspectives on tribal development, activities and projects of the STDD, and other departments that are relevant to carry out the responsibilities as a people’s representative were included in the Training Programme. The training was helpful in empowering the members to actively participate in the decision making process of decentralized planning so as to facilitate the development of the Tribal people.
3. Ten one day Hamlet level Orrukootam Training Programme
The Training Programme was conducted in ten hamlets of different Scheduled Tribe communities of Idukki, Palakkad, Wayanad, Kozhikode, Kannur, and Kasargod districts. Through this Training programme the community members got awareness about the various developmental programmes of the Government and the importance of Oorukkoottam in carrying out the development programs.
4. Three Days Training Programme about the Relevant Laws that Aims to Protect the Rights of the STs.
Several Laws have been in force for the welfare of Scheduled Tribes in Kerala. But the laws are not used properly to protect the rights of STs due to the unawareness about the laws amongst the tribal people. The participants got an understanding about the various laws implemented for the welfare of the Scheduled Categories as well as to the people at large such as, The Scheduled Tribes And Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition Of Forest Rights) Act, 2006, , The Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989, Right to Education Act 2005, Right to Information Act 2005, etc., through the Training Programme.
6. Preparatory Training Programme on Indigenous People’s Day Celebration for Tribal Extension Officers of STDD.
The training was helpful in imparting the importance and relevance for celebrating the Indigenous peoples day on August 9th amongst the Tribal Extension Officers of the State.
7.10th Indigenous People’s Day Celebration
Indigenous People’s day was celebrated at the Campus of the Dept. at Chevayur with the participation of people from different PVTG communities of the State. The program was successful in empowering the tribal people to strive for their socio-economic, educational and political attainments.
8. Training Programme on Skill Building in Bamboo Craft and Valappulu (a particular grass) based Entrepreneurship among the Cholanaickan Community.
The Training Programme was arranged in two phases. First phase was intended for creating an orientation in Entrepreneurship Development among the community members and the second phase was aimed at building the expertise in making bamboo and Valappullu based items amongst the community members. The Training programme also helps to impart confidence to the community members to develop their traditional bamboo and Valappullu skills as supplementary source of livelihood. The trained Cholanaickan community members were also participants at the National Craft Festival organized by the Tribal Research Institute Bhuvaneswar, Oddisha from 24th to 31st November 2017.
9. Mapping of Sports Talents amongst the Tribal Children of the Model Residential Schools (MRS) in Kerala
Mapping of Sports Talents of the students of the Model Residential Schools (MRS) in Kerala has been conducted with the technical support of Lakshibai National College of Physical Education (LNCPE), Thiruvananthapuram. A number of talent tests were conducted and examined the sports ability of students by conducting twelve items of sports including 800 meters running, stand jump and some other physical tests. After the tests a few challenges were put forth, such as rope crossing, climbing the wall, skipping etc. This programme was conducted in different MRS in various districts such asIdukki, Trivandrum, Wayanad and Palakkad.
10. Five One day Training Programme for the Revenue Officials of the State of Kerala
Nowadays a number of non Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe people have acquired Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe certificates out of the ignorance of the Revenue Officials, who are entrusted with the issue of SC/ST certificates, and get into the fold of Government Services and Professional Courses that are reserved for the genuine SC/ST people of the State. It is in these background that the Department organized one day Training Prgramme for the Revenue Officials of Idukki, Wayanad, Kottayam, Kasargod, Malappuram, Thrissur and Pathanamthitta Districts of the State for imparting them the knowledge about the prominent socio cultural features of the SC/ST communities that helps them to distinguish bogus claims from the applicants of SC/ST Community Certificates.
11.Anti-Substance Abuse Drama Workshop in Irular Tribal Language and Socio Cultural Context.
Alcohol addiction and betel chewing habits from adolescent periods onwards are the two most important behavioral problems that adversely affects the socio-economic, educational and political attainments of many Tribal groups of the State. The common awareness and mass programmes against substance abuse are not found to be much effective in reducing the practice in many Tribal Communities. By taking into account of the above mentioned factor this Department had formulated a drama in the language and cultural background of the Scheduled Tribe Irular Community of Palakkad District of the State. Two one day Hamlet level Training Programmes were conducted on 2018 March 16th and 17th at Melemulli and Kavunndicakkal Hamlets of Attapady region in Palakkad District.
12. Developmental Drama Workshop in Paniyan Language
Majority of the Scheduled Tribe communities of the State are suffering from socio-economic and educational backwardness owing to one or the other reasons. So there have been serious efforts to improve the living conditions of Tribal people and the Central and State Governments have been implementing various programmes for Tribal development. However, the active participation of Tribal people in developmental activities and programme implementation is negligible. So a new strategy to enhance the participation of Tribal community members in developmental programmes is needed to improve the life situations of the Tribal Communities and to harvest the best fruits of the projects. It is in these circumstances that the Department has formulated a drama in the socio-cultural context and language of the Paniyan Tribal Community of the State. Two One day Training Programmes and the staging of the Drama were conducted on 2018 March 20th and 21st at the Chanthanchira Paniya hamlet and Thannikkunnur Paniya hamlet in Wayanad District.
13. Tribal Literature Fest
Tribal literature fest was conducted in 2018 February 2-11 at KIRTADS Campus. Through this fest the writers from Scheduled Tribe Community members got an opportunity to interact with renowned writers and enrich their writing skills.
14. Leadership and Empowerment Training Programme for Scheduled Tribe Youths of Kerala
The two batches Leadership Training Programme for Scheduled Tribe Youths were conducted. The first batch was from 2017 October 9-12 with Malavedan, Adiya and Paniyan community members as participants. Second batch was held in 2017 October 16-19 for participants from Kurumbar, Kadar, Koragar, Kattunaickan and Cholanaickan communities. The programs were helpful to appraise the socio-cultural, economic and educational status of Tribal people and the means to overcome the backwardness as a member of the Tribal community. It also enhanced the leadership quality of the participants.
15. Two Days Training programme for Non-Teaching Staffs in Model Residential Schools and Ashramam Schools.
Two days Training Programme for non-teaching staffs in Model Residential Schools and Ashramam Schools was held in the Department on 2017 December 7th and 8th. The program was helpful in enhancing and improving the service delivery of the participants for the better educational attainments of tribal children.
16. Two Days Training Programme for Teachers in Model Residential Schools and Ashramam Schools.
Two days Training programme for Teachers in Model Residential Schools and Ashramam Schools was conducted in the Department Campus on 2017 November 27th and 28th. The program was helpful for the teachers to understand the socio-Cultural peculiarities of Tribal Students, the precautions to be taken while mingling with the students, the new methods in teaching etc
17. Fifteen Days Workshop on Traditional Art Forms for Kattunayakan Community.
Fifteen days Traditional dance workshop for the traditional art forms of Kattunaickan Community was conducted at the Department Campus from 2017 November 21 to December 5. Twenty five Kattunayakan Community members were participated in that workshop. The Workshop was helpful to mold the traditional art forms as a 45 minutes stage performing item. Besides it also transferred the performance skill in to the young generation of the community.
18. Fifteen DaysWorkshop on Traditional Art Forms for Malakkudiya Community
Fifteen days workshop for the traditional art forms of Malakkudiya Community of Kasargod District was conducted at the Department Campus from 2017 December 12-26. Twenty two Malakudiya Community members participated in the workshop. The Workshop was helpful to frame the traditional art forms as a 45 minutes stage performing item. Besides it also transferred the performance skill in to the young generation of the community.
19. Three days Workshop on Health Issues of Scheduled Tribe Communities in Kerala.
Three days Workshop on Health issues of Scheduled Tribe Communities in Kerala was held at the Department Campus from 2017 July 4-6. In the workshop there were many discussions about different health issues in Tribal areas. Social activists, Promoters, Health Promoters, Ward Members, Doctors etc were participated in the Workshop. Consensus were also reached to suggest some remedial measures to control health issues in Tribal areas.
20. National Craft Festival in Bhuwaneshar, Oddisha.
Five Cholanaickan Community members were participated at the National Craft Festival organized by the Tribal Research Institute, Bhuvaneswar, Odhisha from 24th to 31st November 2017. The Festival enabled them to acquire knowledge about a wide range of Bamboo and their handicraft products of various Tribal Communities at the National Scenario besides the exposure.
21. Publication of a book titled as ‘Tribal Art and Society, Challenges and Perspectives’, which consists of 22 papers presented at the International Seminar on Tribal Art Forms of India conducted by Department in 2017.
TRAINING PROGRAMME 2018-19
1. 20 Batch Training Program for the Tribal Promoters of the STDD
A total of twenty batches (76 days) Training programmes for Scheduled Tribe Promoters in Kerala were conducted during 2018 May-August in Thiruvananthapuram, Palakkad, Ernakulum, Kozhikode and Wayanad Districts. The Training Programme enabled the Promoters to acquire knowledge and understanding in different aspects of Tribal Development as well as a newly introduced system of monitoring and co-ordination.
2. Two days Training Programme for Tribal Extension Officers in Kerala
The program was organized during July 2018. Sessions on the socio-cultural environment of different Tribal communities, reasons for their development backwardness, other issues faced by the tribal people and their remedial measures were included in the Training Programme. The training was also helpful in creating an understanding about the PRA methodology amongst the participants. The training was helpful in enhancing the service delivery of the Officials by creating a right perspective on tribal development amongst them.

4. Seven one day Training Programme for the Revenue Officials of the State of Kerala
The seven one day Training Program for the Revenue officials of the state of Kerala had been organized from 15th to 30th January 2019 at the Campus of the Department at Chevayur, Kozhikode. A total of 370 revenue officials were participated and it includes various categories of officials, viz., Deputy Tahsildars, Special Village Officers, Village Officers, Village Assistants, Senior Clerks and Clerks.
5. International Seminar on the Contemporary Socio-Cultural Scenario of Tribal Women in India: Challenges and Prospects.
An International seminar on the “Contemporary Socio-Cultural Scenario of Tribal Women in India: Challenges and Prospects” was organized during 2018 October 10th -12th at KIRTADS Campus. Academicians, Scholars, Experts, Tribal Women representatives activists and Leaders, Administrators etc were participated in that seminar and it provides a common platform for a better understanding of the scenario as well as to chalk out the future course of actions for improving the existing socio-cultural, educational, economic and political conditions of Tribal Women of the country.
6.Tribal visit to North Eastern States.
Training Wing conducted a cultural exchange visit to North-eastern states (Assam & Meghalaya) during the month of November 2018. A total of 18 tribal people were participated in the programme. The program provides a cross sectional understanding among the tribal people in both sides about the development happened in Kerala and North-Eastern States and to exchange the value inputs as well as ideas between them. It also helped to create a sense of confidence and proud of their identity and cultural heritage.
7. Training Programme for Single Teachers in single schools in Tribal schools in Tribal areas.
Two batch ten days Training Programme for Single Teachers in single schools run by Scheduled Tribe Development Department in Tribal areas were organized during the month of April and October 2018 at the Campus of the Department. The first training programme was on Pre-Primary Teachers and second was on Primary Teachers. The training was helpful in enhancing the service delivery of the teachers by improving their teaching capabilities.
8. 36thThalakkalChandu Memorial State Level Archery Competition.
Traditional and Modern Archery (Fita Round) competitions were conducted as part of the two days 36th ThalakkalChandu Memorial State Level Archery competition organized at the Government Medical College Ground, Kozhikode. 25 teams (100 persons) were participated in the competition. The program was helpful in promoting archery as a sports event amongst the tribal participants.
9. Integrated Performance of Four Tribal Art Forms.
A 15 days’ workshop with the participation of 59 selected artists from Mavilan, Kattunayakan, Irula and Hill Pulaya Tribal community members was organized at the Campus of the Department in Kozhikode during the month of February 2019 for formulating an integrated performance of the art forms of the above communities. Accordingly, a two and a half hour performance,‘Namad’, had been evolved out of the workshop, and its first stage performance was conducted on 27th February as part of ‘Gadkika’, the State Tribal Festival cum Sale and Exhibition Event, at Attinagal, Thriruvananthapuram district.
10. Ten One Day Hamlet Level Training Program and the Staging of Developmental Drama in Paniyan Language.
Seven one day hamlet level training programswere conducted at Ambalakunnu, Kallunda, Kottakolly, Harithagiri, and Thettuvady hamlets in Wayanad, Vttachira hamlets in Kozhikode, and Bhoomikunnu hamlet in Malappuram.The program was helpful to enhance the participation of Tribal community members in developmental programmes that are intended to improve the life situations of the Tribal Communities and to harvest the best fruits of the projects.
11. Ten One Day Hamlet Level Training Program and the Staging of Drama Against Substance Abuse in Irular Language.
Seven one day training programs had been organized at Karagoor, Paloor, Kolappadi, Bhootivazhi, Dasannoor, Pattimalam and Kalkandiyoor hamlets of the ST Irular community in Attapady region of Palakkad district in Kerala by March 2019. A total of 595 community members were participated in the training programs. The program enables to create an awareness against substance abuse amongst the ST Irular community members in Attapady region of Palakakad district.
12. Publication of study reports and books.
Jenu, a picture book on tribal communities of the State, is published to spread the significance and relevance of tribal culture amongst the public at large.
13. International Museum day celebration.
International museum day had been celebrated on May 18th with the participation of tribal community members and scholars who are experts in the field of tribal research and museum
14. Tribal Writer’s Fest.
Through this fest the writers from Scheduled Tribe communities got an opportunity to interact with famous writers and enrich their writing skills.
15. Myth Workshop.
Four days Workshop on Tribal Myths had been organized at the campus of the Department with the participation of tribal community members and other experts for documenting the detailed narratives of myths of various tribal communities of the State.
16. Wayanad Gothra BhashaPadanaKendram Project.
Documentation of the language and traditional art forms of the Kurichiyan and VettaKuruman communities of the State were carried out under this project. A report of the above mentioned documentation has also been finalized.
Training Programs 2019-20
1.Three Days Workshop for Tribal Artists.
Though many of the tribal art forms are in a state of extinction some of them are still being performed in various stages as part of festivals and other public events. The program was helpful to revitalize the traditional tribal artforms and to suggest remedial measures for the problems faced by the artists among other things.
2.Fifteen Days Workshop on Traditional Art Forms of ST Kurumbar Community.
Fifteen days workshop for the traditional art forms of Kurumbar community of Attappady, Palakkad District was conducted at the Department Campus from 2020 February 26 to March 11 .Sixteen Kurumbar community members participated in the workshop. The Workshop was helpful to frame the traditional art forms as a 45 minutes stage performing item. Besides it also transferred the performance skill in to the young generation of the community.
Training Programs 2020-21
GOAL(Giong Online As Leaders )
It is an initiative to empower 100 youths from tribal communities to become leaders of tomorrow by imparting digital skills and empowerment through technology.100 people from the industry (policy makers/social influencers) teachers, artists, entrepreneurs, social activists etc. who are famous and eminent for their achievements in their fields are selected as mentors for this purpose.This initiative is mainly aimed at enhancing the human resources/skills/capabilities etc. of the youths living in tribal areas.

1. Bhagavan Birsa Munda Iconic week Celebration as part of ‘Azadi ka Amrita Mahotsava’
Birsa Munda Chithrolsav,an online art competition on the life of Bhagavan Birsa Munda for Students in Schools,Webinars on the topics ‘Disaster Management amongst Tribes of Kerala’on 16thNovember 2021,’Covid-19 Related Health Issues and the Impact of Covid-19 on the Tribal Communities’ on November 17th, ‘Workshop on Forest Rights Act 2006’ on November 18th, ‘Training for Tribal youths in Leadership: Scope, &Challenges in Public Space’, on 19th,‘Substance Abuse amongst the Tribal Communities and its impact on their socio-cultural life’on November 20th,and ‘Three days workshop on Tribal artists’ from 20thto 22ndNovember 2021 were the major programs arranged as part of the week long celebrations mentioned above organized as part of the Azadi ka Amrita Maholsav’.
2. Three Days Workshop for Tribal Medicinal Practitioners of Kerala
This institute has been organizing a number of programs for the protection and promotion of the tribal medicinal practices of the country. The Three days Workshop was helpful to provide a platform to discuss and suggest possible remedies for all the contemporary issues faced by the tribal healers and medicinal practioners of the state among other things. Two workshop were conducted ,one in Attappady and the other in KIRTADS’s Campus.
3. Workshop on Traditional Arts of Muthuvan Tribal community
The workshop was supportive to preserve, protect and promote dying art forms of the Muthuvan community of Kerala.16 Muthuvan community members participated in the workshop.
Training Programs 2022-23
1. Webinar on ‘The Role of Indigenous Women in the Preservation and Transmission of Traditional Knowledge’
The program was conducted as part of Indigenous People’s Day Celebration 2022. 90 peoples from different fields were participated in the Webinar.
2. Renowned writer Narayan Memorial Webinar
A webinar on the literary works of the famous writer from the S T Malai Araya community was organized as a tribute to his unexpected demise.
3. Webinar on 159thBirth Anniversary of Great Mahatma Ayankali Jaynthi Celebration
The webinar provides an opportunity to appraise the contributions of Mahatma Ayyankali in protecting rights of the Scheduled Communities of the State in the context of contemporary world scenario.
4. Three days Training Programme for the PVTG Youths on the Relevant Laws that Aims to Protect ST’s
The program was conducted at the campus of the Department at Chevayur during 8th to 10th November 2022 with the participation of 41 youths from the Cholanaickan, Kattunayakan, Kurumbar, Kadar, and Koraga communities. The training program enables the PVTG youths to acquire knowledge about the relevant laws that aims to protect STs. It also empowers them to present various issues of community members before the appropriate authorities to get remedies.
5. Three Days Training Program for Tribal Extension Officers
25 Tribal Extension Officers attached to the Scheduled Tribe Development Department (STDD) attended the program that is conducted from 7th to 9th December 2022. Sessions on the socio-cultural environment of different Tribal communities, reasons for their socio-economic and educational backwardness, practical sessions on PRA methodology, anthropological remedies to the issues faced by the tribal people, etc., were included in the Training Program. The training enhances the quality of the service delivery of the Officials by creating a right perspective on tribal development amongst them.
6. Janjatiya Gaurav Divas Celebartion (JJGDC)
As part of the week long celebration of “Janjatiya Gaurva Divas” during 15th to 22nd November 2022, this Institute has organised Quiz completion, Elocution Competition, Portrait Competition and an Pride March and Awareness Programme on POCSO Act 2012 & Rights of Children for the students of Model Residential Schools (MRSs) run by the Scheduled Tribe Development Department, Government of Kerala.
7. One Day Field Level Education & Substance Abuse Awareness Training Program and Staging of Drama Framed in Paniyan and Irulan Tribal Languages and Socio-Cultural Context Against Substance Abuse
The program is scheduled to be conducted during the month of February 2023.
8. Three Days Workshops for Tribal Healers
The workshop is going to be conducted during the first half of February 2023.
9. One day Field Level Training Program for Protection of the Rights of Tribal Women, their Empowerment and to Check Instances of Violence Against them.

10. Training program for Revenue Officials
The program is scheduled to be conducted during the month of February – March 2023.
